Return and exchange policy

If the product is damaged or contains a manufacturing defect or product error:

Caffitaly customers have the right to return or exchange the product if the product contains a manufacturing defect, damage, or error in the product “without shipping fees,” provided that the product is in its original condition, within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the product is sent to Caffitaly on the condition Appropriate packaging. After Caffitaly receives the product in its original condition, you have the right to choose one of the following options:

• · Recovering the value of the product via bank transfer, and this procedure takes a maximum of 14 working days.
• Replace the product with another product of the same value.

If you wish to exchange or return the product without a manufacturing defect or damage:

After purchasing the product and wanting to exchange or return it, you have the right to do so provided that the product is in its original condition and the box has not been opened and within a period not exceeding one day from the date of receipt of the product, and that the product is shipped to Caffitaly at the “customer’s account” provided that it is properly packaged, and you have the right after Caffitaly receives it. The product is in its original condition. Choose one of the following options:

• Recovering the value of the product via bank transfer, this procedure takes 5 working days.
• Replace the product with another product of the same value.

The following items are excluded from the return or exchange policy:

• Products that are not in their original condition.
• Food products sold through the store cannot be returned or exchanged at all due to uncertainty about their storage status after being sold.
• Products purchased during discount and clearance offers can only be replaced if there is a manufacturing defect after sending the product to the supplier for evaluation.
• The exchange and return policy does not cover any defects resulting from misuse or failure to follow the instruction manual when using it.
